I've been practicing using royal icing on cookies. It's fun and cookie cutters take up less space than cake pans!Tonight is my 3rd of 4 classes in the 3rd Wilton class. I've got my final cake all designed...in my head. Last night I made the bow for the top...we'll see how it turns out!
